- 1. Created VirtualElements06.htm in Centro. Notes on the changes are on Centro and
will be brought back another time.
2. Imported VirtualElements06.htm and its image, VCEstruct.gif, to this home page.
3. Verified that the image link is preserved and that there are no other links out of the
page except the externals in the References.
4. There is presumably a broken link, except that it doesn't seem to be a real link.
I am treating this as a bug.

- 1. Added http://conclave/infonuovo/dma/csdocs/elements to the off-line Personal Web
Server where the InfoNuovo site is developed using Microsoft FrontPage 98.
2. Start construction log and build index.htm as initial
placeholder for a csdocs/elements home page. Caught misspelling of "site"
as "side" in the index.htm borrowed from /dma/csdocs.
3. Brought in the VirtualElements06.doc proposal
for reference as the version that was officially balloted.
