- The construction structure is added so the section has minimal

- 1. The section was added as a receptacle for material on the Microsoft
DMACOM license that was misplaced in the DMware model section. Some of
this material may require tombstones there, once the section has basic
construction structure in place.
2. The code elements involved in analysis of DMACOM information and COM
dependencies are all moved here.
