This is provisional material on downloading GnuPG.

This is a placeholder as I gather material.  I have screen shots and images to support the downloading process.

I also want to address the confirmation of the download and how the GnuPG project is accountable for that.

This is derailed slightly because I ran into a peculiarity concernng the signature file and how that is resolved.

There will be a different labnote on installing the software.  This is just for how to get it and how to tell that it is a good version.
