All add-on domains of nfoCentrale have a cgi-bin folder.  This is used by the Apache web server for custom code and scripts.  This folder is protected against direct access from browsers.  This index.htm placeholder is here as a precaution.   To have there be more appropriate responses when access is attempted, an Error Document should be added to the site.
