  2011-11-27 Update the web and determine what is needed to get it to work.  I may need to add something about the HTML markup to continue providing something that works.
in progress 2011-11-27 c000006b1: Include on the entrance page and any other pages that people might visit at this point: index.htm, default.htm, TROSTing.htm, and new folios as they are introduced (and the catalog pages too?). [dh:2011-11-27 It is not clear that the simple version is working.]

2011-11-29		 2011-11-27 There is still some difficulty determining if I have a successfuly ClustrMap insert.  I will post to the web site and see what happens there. [dh:2011-11-29 The symbol is appearing just fine.  It is the no-results-yet symbol that doesn't appear in the simple form I used.]

Provides a diary & job jar that is employed immediately in creation of the TROSTing ClustrMap.  The initial placeholder provides enough ClustrMap to use without completing the necessary customization and style satisfaction of the folio itself.
