TROSTing Is Being Repaved.

The Construction Structure and Content of this site is being repaved by customization of material scavenged from other nfoCentrale sites and the systematic upgrade of the style of this site.

Initial block of templates.  The number on the folder determines the lowest-numbered material.  The numbers c000000 through c000099 are reserved for plumbing and templates.   The break to a new block of c0000xx folders can happen at any time.  The determining factor is maintenance convenience and nothing to do with the content.
