1. Requirements (2004-11-30):

• Provide management of risks against sustained continuity and preservation of all ODMA materials and support.  Ensure the protection of the ODMA materials for historical, provenance, and continuity with further developments.
• Carry this out at an organized level of project-management maturity.
• Provide an operational risk foundation that is consistent with initiation of new projects carried out for ODMA and supported by the ODMA interoperability exchange site.

2. Constraints (2004-11-30):

• Adapt the PMBOK 2000 Risk Management knowledge-area processes.
• Adapt the Microsoft Operational Framework (MOF) Risk Management for Operations approach.
• Create a pre-planning project Risk Management activity for ODMA Support so that initiation of new projects can occur without delay.
• Conform to standards for support operation as they are foreseen, and as they are established and sustained in ongoing refresh of the site.

3. Activities (2004-12-01)

• 2004-11-18: Created the preliminary Risk Management for Operations Analysis

• 2004-11-30: 0.10 Initiate a Diary & Job Jar for work items against this material and sub-project, with completion of this project summary page. 

• 2004-12-01: 0.15  Established this project notebook for capturing the preliminary analysis and capture of the original materials (see P041102B).

• 2004-11-30: 0.25 Establish Tracking for the Top 10 items and their mitigation activities.

• 0.50 Upgrade the preliminary materials to fit into the ODMA Support Refresh materials, and to provide everything required to support quality standards.  Establish next upgrades to be made.

A provisional page is provided to identify the top 5 and link to the Microsoft Word and Excel documents that introduced the provisional approach.  There is little explanatory material at this point.
